In the REP Page, you choose if you are Registered Parishioner or Non-Registered Parishioner. Follow the instructions.
You will be directed to My Own Church. Here you will create an Account then submit. Parishsoft will send you a confirmation notice to wait for 1-3 days working days because your Account is being reviewed to make sure your email address is correct.
Once verified that your email address is valid you will receive another email with your username and a temporary password.
Access the Parishsoft and change your password.
When you are at the Parishsoft/ My Own Church Screen.
Click on my Family Tab.
Click on Family Details. You will see all the information you provided the church when you registered the first time.
Family Information are not current, click the Edit Details and update the information.
Click Save and Close.
Click the Member Details tab:
If the child you are enrolling to the program is on your member details and information
is correct, click Edit Details and type REP in the Special Needs box. Click Save & Close.
If the child you are enrolling is not on your member Details, add the child’s information by clicking
Add. Add your child’s information and Type REP in the Special Needs box. Click Save & Close.
After step 7, the Parish Office will receive your update and the REP Registration Link sent to you. You may now begin to register your child to the program.
Your REP registration is complete after the payment is processed.
